Thank you for shopping with The Baddie Effect! Please review our policies carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our hair products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please make sure you select the correct length, texture, lace type, lace size, density, color, and quantity before completing your purchase. The Baddie Effect is not responsible for incorrect selections made during checkout.

PRODUCT CONCERNS

If you believe there is an issue with the hair you received, please contact us immediately at effectbaddie@gmail.com with your order number and photos or videos showing the concern.

The hair must remain completely untouched and in its original condition while your concern is being reviewed. Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, heat styled, brushed or combed, had the lace cut or altered, had knots bleached, or has otherwise been changed from its original condition cannot be reviewed for a resolution.

If The Baddie Effect determines that an error occurred on our behalf, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. If the product received matches the order placed and The Baddie Effect is not at fault, no refund or exchange will be provided.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2 business days for processing if your hair is currently in stock.

If your selected hair is not currently in stock, please allow up to 4 business days for processing.

Processing time is the time required to prepare and package your order before it ships and does not include shipping/transit time. We strongly recommend ordering in advance if you need your hair for an appointment, vacation, birthday, or other special event.

SHIPPING

Please make sure your name and shipping address are entered correctly before submitting your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and unexpected carrier delays are outside of The Baddie Effect's control.

HAIR CARE

Proper care is essential to maintaining the quality and longevity of your hair. Always comb and detangle your hair starting from the ends and working your way up toward the roots. Never comb from the roots down, as this can cause snagging.

Hair should be washed approximately every two weeks and properly moisturized and maintained according to the texture purchased. Lace should always be handled gently when washing, styling, and installing.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. If you notice an issue with your order, contact us immediately at effectbaddie@gmail.com.
